Reflective Racial Affinity Groups - 6 virtual monthly sessions

ILAIMH is offering cohorts of six monthly virtual Reflective Racial Affinity groups for professionals in infancy and early childhood from Nov/Dec 2026 and through May 2027. Reflective Racial Affinity Groups are safe, inclusive spaces where early childhood professionals who share a racial identity come together to engage in honest dialogue, build community, deepen self-awareness, and learn together while fostering support, belonging, and personal and professional growth.

Each group will have six 1.5 hour groups, including one large all cohort group in the spring. Each group will be led by a trained Racial Affinity group facilitator who will coordinate a recurring group time. 

Racial Affinity Groups options are: 

• Black 
• Latinx

• Asian, Arab, Indigenous, Multiracial, or Another Racial Identity

• White 

Clinical CEUs and Gateways credit will be available to attendees.
